The guide forms store your email, optional name, chosen guide, consent choice and submission time. The PDF is available on the confirmation page. Automatic delivery by email is not connected.

Coaching and contact enquiries

The enquiry form stores your email, optional name, selected coach, training interest and message. After saving, you can open a prepared email and send it to info@powerhousefitness.ca. Saving an enquiry does not automatically email the team or reserve a session.

App and product interest

Interest forms record your email, optional name, the release you selected and your consent choice. Registering interest does not create an app account, subscription or purchase.

Marketing choices

Marketing consent is optional and separate from receiving a guide or making an enquiry. You can ask to withdraw it by emailing the team. Coaching enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.

Calculator and assessment

Calculator values and quiz answers are processed in your browser. They are not stored as a lead unless you choose to include information in an enquiry. Avoid entering medical details or other information you do not want to share.

Payments and email

Purchases open the existing Power House Squarespace website. Review its terms and privacy information before paying. If you send a prepared email, your email provider and the receiving business process that message.

Storage and requests

Form records are stored privately using the site hosting service. A hashed network identifier may be used temporarily to limit repeated submissions. Contact info@powerhousefitness.ca to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing consent.

Email updates

The email signup stores your email address, chosen training interest, signup page, consent wording and submission time. These records let Power House manage its email list. Automated campaigns are not connected yet. Contact info@powerhousefitness.ca to withdraw consent or request removal.
